Your Title line on FLR(M)

Stumped at the very first line of the FLR(M) app.  It asks my title.  Mr., Mrs., Miss ,Ms or other.
I am obviously now a Mrs.  But further down it asks for my name as it is on my passport.  That would be my single name.  So now, does that title on the first line refer to now or to the name that I will be applying in. 

Anyone else ever spend New Years Eve filling out a visa app?   

It doesn't matter at all which you put.

They may neither look nor care, tbh.  I put Dr on my FLR(M), and they issued my letter to Ms PtC.  I felt it wasn't worth pointing out, mainly because I don't want to be the sort of person who quibbles about that sort of thing, but also because they'd just given me the visa and I wanted to leave the building before they had a chance to change their mind. 

My ILR letter was addressed to Dr PtC, though.

Given that it's new year's eve, I hope you take a break at midnight from visa apps to have a glass of something!
