Issues with Visa4uk application forms
« on: January 04, 2009, 04:19:37 AM »
I am filling out my settlement visa application and keep having an issue

On one of the questions it keeps deleting everything it write. Iv tried writing it then saving directly after but it wouldn't save it still. It only happens on one question (a very important one about savings) so i am not sure what to do. I tried using both Opera and Internet Explorer web clients and it keeps happening. What i have done for now is let them know in the last section what i wanted to put there. We will try again tomarrow but after that i am sending it in the way it is. Do any of you think that is OK?

Has this happened to anyone before or is this a issue?

This is a known issue. When you print the form at the end just hand write in the information.

Would someone please forward me the details about this 'known issue'?  Or if anybody in UKBA has been informed?

Sorry Garry,

What I meant by known issue was that it's come up before on the forum...I don't know if anyone has been notified or what...
