Hygienist says I still have lots of gum inflammation and bleeding (obvious) so unless it improves over the next few checkups I will have to see the gum person.   :\\\'(
I brush twice a day and floss every night.  Have gotten cleanings every 6 months -- now more frequently.  So how come?

Use the brushes, they are cheap and work I swear!

Those brushes just get stuck in my teeth, even the wee sized ones.

Boo for bad teeth!! :(

I think mine is a combination of horrible genetics and poor dental care as a kid (we could only go to the dentist every once in a while when we could afford it.)

My dad's teeth are full of fillings and crowns, my mom doesn't even have her own.  All 3 of my sisters have teeth issues too and they all do what they are supposed to.
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

Don't think I've seen these TePe brushes in US -- maybe something similar.  Did pick up a "power flosser" from Waterpik (battery operated) which sounds the same idea. And bought a new plug-in electric toothbrush to replace the battery one I had been using.  (no more expensive than buying the new batteries and replacement heads I would have needed for the battery job) I have also had a Waterpik Dental Water Jet for yonks but never use it because there's nowhere to put the bloomin' thing in the bathroom!  I'd have to put it in the wash basin while I used it so not conducive to frequent use. Hygienist recommends brushing 3 times a day, so brought in my new (free from the dentist) hand toothbrush and paste.  What more can one do?

My dad uses them in the US, but I don't know where he gets them.
