American Idol 2009!!!!![SPOILERS AFTER FRIDAY NIGHTS SHOW]

I don't think her voice is that good. She has one, maybe two, notes that she can hit well. Other than that, she sounds pretty bad to me. Don't like her.

See, I think she does (not fabulous, mind you, but good) but she gets mired in trying to do the whole Diva thing.  If she toned it down a little, I think she'd do a lot better.  She's not one of my favorites, but it does seem like song choice/arrangement is really doing her in.

Besides Allison, I really don't care for any of them at all. I mean, I wouldn't listen to a record by any one of them other than Allison.

To be completely honest, I wouldn't listen to a record by any of them.  I like Adam a lot, but I'd still probably skip anything he releases.  None of them have really grabbed me like in the past.

I love Adam more and more every time. He makes me look forward to the show. I was very glad the judges didn't use their save tonight.

As far as Pickler goes, I don't think she can sing, but she looked cute in her dress. I guess that sells cds.

It's funny I probably won't buy an album by any of them either.  I have a Kelly Clarkson cd.  Season 1 of AI was the only one I have not watched. 

For those who care, this week's theme will be iconic movie songs.  If someone doesn't sing "Goldfinger", I will be VERY disappointed.

See, I would peg Adam for Celine - and he'd make it all swingy and upbeat.  What can I say?  I've got a love/hate thing with him.

Little is going to go the poorly chosen route again, I'm sure, and do "And I Am Telling You" or something equally diva-esque.

I don't know. He may not have the tweeny vote, but he's doing OK with lustful middle-aged women! 

I really like Allison a lot and can't understand how she keeps ending up in the bottom three. And I didn't understand the judges saying she's shown no personality. She's one of he most outgoing of the bunch IMO.

As for Adam...I agree totally with Chary. Sorry Adam lovers. I don't think he's that original at all. I think he'd probably do great on Broadway though. He just comes across as a big, fake, showy act to me.

I can't remember how DListed described him last week, but it was exactly how I feel. As if there should be a big song and dance number behind him. I can't go and look there again 'cause there might be spoilers about last night!

Allison - I love her, but I didn't think she was good at all last night. However, the judges still liked her, so I'm fine with that.

Anoop - I'd been getting bored with him, but he was AWESOME! And I don't even like that song!

Adam - Like a bad college production of Grease (with screeching). So very stagey.

Matt - Blaaaaaaah. I fast-forwarded over most of his performance.

Danny - One of the worst songs ever written. Nobody could save it.

Kris - He's so cute, it doesn't matter what he sings. He could just stand there. But I actually liked this performance a lot!

Little - She outdid Danny in picking a bad song. THE WORST SONG EVER. She is just awful. So very awful.

So my faves of the night? Surprisingly, Kris and Anoop. My bottom three, not so surprisingly, are Adam, Matt and Little.

I didn't like the "team judging" thing. I always want to know what Paula and Simon have to say! The other two might as well just go home, as far as I'm concerned.

Quentin Tarantino? I'm still not sure what the hell he was supposed to be doing. Love him ... but ... 

I don't really watch this, but my husband does.  Holy crap QT has a massive chin.  I mean, I knew it was big, but last night it looked like a face boob or something.  Maybe it was the angle at which it was shot.  It was all rather silly, really.  Like he was on it for a laugh.  Seemed a bit OTT.
