I've moved back to the states and miss a lot of tv shows, like Come Dine With Me.  I wish I could get some of them over here!

Thanks, I'll recheck that.  So far, I've only been able to find clips on there, but will take another look.   :)

I've been enjoying this week's - I'd love to get some of that butcher's meat!!!  ;)

I understand the Zoe woman being touchy about weight-related comments, and I agree that Angie needs to think before speaking...but I think that Zoe is taking it all a little too hard - overly sensitive?  And I say that as someone with a weight issue myself.  I think Fern Britton is lovely, so I wouldn't take a comparison with her as an insult.  The Ursula thing was out of order, true.  But geez - Angie seems fairly unwitting and I'm not convinced that she's 'out' for Zoe, so Zoe seems to be taking it so hard, IMO.

I've been watching and I completely agree on all points!  :)

Can't wait to see what the butcher man serves up, yum yum yum!  ;D

Only Steve says - oh he doesn't look like a real butcher, cos the butchers that we know are all much bigger and meatier than that guy - who does bear some resemblance to Hugh Grant only Gerard is hunkier than Hugh Grant, I think!

Gerard looks like a pretty big guy, at least compared to that other weirdo. What is his obsession with feces and other gross things, anyway?

I'm a chubette and I wouldn't take offense at her comments, I would just think, that Zoe is a silly cow saying those things. They are all so oversensitive. I don't like that Angie, and if she won this week, I would be so annoyed. There are about 4 of us in my office who are talking about it all the time. I love it!!!

Gerard's dinner party was such an anti-climax.  I mean, he's hot but he didn't seem like he gave a feck about his cooking & his dinner party.  Boo Gerard.  :(

I know. Looked like he was just trying to get his 15 minutes, not that he had even the slightest interest in cooking or entertaining. Still pretty hot, though.

Another American on the show last night. She seemed a bit wasted, but nice, although her food didn't look too impressive. At least she wasn't preaching to everyone like the last American on the show.  ::)

I'm suspicious - I don't believe the blonde woman is a solicitor.  [smiley=anxious.gif]

I fell in love with that show when I visited the UK for the first time during Christmas and New Year.  I'm moving there this Summer, so that among other things about England will be a treat for me!
