Looking for ideas!

Hi All,

Well I just found out Dave will be able to get 1 week leave before he ships out to the Falklands!! Yay!!!  So we're looking to go some where fairly cheap and beachy and not somewhere  we'll have to travel for hours. So I'm open to any suggestions and any websites! Anything.. We're headed the last week of July!

Majorca is nice.  Not too far away, lovely beaches, things to do, and gorgeous weather.   

Having just returned, I can recommenc Granada though it's not beachy but if the hotel has a pool, it would be really nice.

There's always the Costa del Sol but it will be quite crowded and a bit like Little Britain with really good weather. I believe the further west you go the better. To get to it, you'd fly to Malaga.

Thank you for your ideas!! Actually I think we're pretty much settled for Majorca.   Dave and I went to Peurto Banus last year which was very nice but very expensive.   We're just looking to go somewhere we can just enjoy eachother on the beach and relax before he ships out for 6 months.

We have not booked anything yet so we're still open for ideas!!
