I just dont feel that the evidence is strong enough by itself.

Maybe not, but it couldn't hurt.  Just kind of add that to the whole something's been taken, it may at least stir up a little more police interest.  On the other hand, it may be acceptable evidence to get them out of the contract if the premises are not even secure.  If it's detects motion, it could at least get the room-mates leaving.  I'd also keep a log of every time the neighbour's have a fit at them and turn that over to the police.  But that's just my thought process.

Fair enough...I can understand that.  :)

Oh, you don't want to know. It involves urine... and not even in a kinky, golden showers kind of way.

 :o
And if you threw a party
Invited everyone you knew
You would see the biggest gift would be from me
And the card attached would say
"Thank you for being a friend!"

Have you filed a complaint against the neighbors?

We've had some other incidents too, further calls to the police and follow-ups.  Right now, we're waiting for the solicitors' office to return our call.

Hi,

I simply can't beleive I'm reading this!

Grumpy & other half - keep us all updated on this, and also take this as far as you can. The 'people' responsible for this need to be named and shamed.

I hope you get those motion detecting webcams and 'hide' them a bit - it'd be great if you caught them in the act and had it on film/video file!

I almost spat me Dr Pepper out on me laptop when I read the non kinky golden showers kinda way!

wheres niku when yer need her with her bags of dog poop ideas?!!

Seriously, this really does sound like harassment of the worst kind, be patient, log and note everything, speak to the cops and your solicitors and I'm sure everything will go your way. I think suing them is definitley an option here and I hope you do it.

Still astonished to read this..  please put up a public notice about the address / landlords/ owners / whoever is responsible to expect issues if anyone rents from them - but refrain from any libelous remarks to cover yerselves!

Good luck with all of this

DtM! West London & Slough UK!
