Do you also notice what they wear ?

they all claim they are devout Christians. Never saw anyone in Church wear a skirt that short or any woman who was a Christian wear a skirt that short..

They'll do anything for ratings

So...basically...we call them a conservative news channel, so how dare they not conform to our stereotypes better?

I've never thought of FoxNews as the conservative news channel. But, their female anchors (the one's posted here) seem to dress trashy.

Did you watch it during the the election campaign?  It is very one sided.

They do indeed. It's very low rent. It's conservative in the tabloidy sense the Daily Mail is. Which is to say, populist.

any woman who was a Christian wear a skirt that short..

How are you defining Christian, and who are you to decide what Christian women should or shouldn't wear?

Sorry, but I've known plenty of Christian women who are comfortable enough with their bodies to wear short skirts.

Wow! I didn't know Christianity had a dress code. Can you send me a copy please? And while we're on the subject of Christianity, who died and made you the judge of people's souls? "Remove the plank from your own eye, before removing the sliver from your brother's." Matthew 7:5.

Well, it sort does have a dress code.  It's in the New Testament and includes headcoverings for women (at least at church IIRC) and modesty.

Of course, not all Christians take the Bible literally, but if someone takes some parts literally and not others, I don't think it's really out of line to call hypocrite.  Of course I don't know what sort of Christian that woman is, nor do I care.  I get more bothered by the Fox dress code of bottle blond and short skirts from a feminist viewpoint than I do from any sense that they are being hypocrites as a network that pushes a Christian agenda.

Did I fall asleep and miss the memo that Conservative = Christian?

Also there is nothing Conservative about Fox News.  They are the mouth piece for the Bush Administration and Neo-Conservatism.  Conservatism and Neo-Conservatism... huge difference!  Please stop lumping me together with the Neo-Cons.

As for short skirts on the TV... that's nothing to complain about. :)

This is obviously a wardrobe malfunction, as you can see from the wrinkled skirt. This is bound to happen on a 24-hour news channel. I'm not a fan of the Fox News Channel or hypocrisy, but I don't think this photo is worth a discussion on either. :-\\\\

I think I might start watching Fox. I'll keep the sound muted, however.

I haven't watched US news, bar a few times, in nearly 8 years.

Vavavoom!

A friend of my parents' referred to CNN as 'commie, pinko, liberal'.

Really?

Well, hell's bells!  I guess there's a reason I haven't set foot there in nearly 8 years and will use just about any excuse in the book to get out of going there.
