Oh god that sub cgi was terrible - almost as bad as the rendering in the floating intro titles. For five seasons now, my fiance has been cringing as the "Lost" floats closer and closer then "arrrrrgh why won't they properly render that S??""

(for normal people - the bottom of the S looks really pixellated and awful as it comes really close to the screen)

I will say, this was a good episode for Juliet... after the inane "I changed my mind" line.

But I still found it FRUSTRATING - even though they spent so much of the episode showing Jacob, all we learned was that he interacted with them in the past.
We still don't know who he really is, or why or how he ... is what/who he is...!?!  Grrr.

At this point, I'd be satisfied and amused if they all end up boarding the plane as strangers and landing in LA.  But I'm pretty sure that won't happen.
