UK personal allowance excluded from taxable income?

Hi everybody,

All my income is here in the UK, so does anyone know if the UK 'personal allowance' amount should be included or deducted from taxable income (I don't mean gross income)when preparing our US returns?

The UK personal allowance is not allowed under the IR Code, so no is the answer!
