I am desperately wanting to go outside. I went out at lunch and I had to drag myself back in here to work :(

We started out sunny, and ended up cloudy, but it was still a joyous day out. We walked about ten miles with a friend, saw parts of town I didn't know existed in the time I have been here, and took loads of pictures.

Wish I had outside space to hang clothes up -Would be awfully funny to drag them to the allotment site on the otherside of town... ;)

I'm enjoying being able to put them outside now, after not having a place to at our flat. I suppose you could drag them along and hang them at the allotment, just for the giggle factor.  ;D

I went for a long walk down the canal towpath with 2 friends and a dog and we stopped at the lockkeepers cafe for a cup of tea.  :)  I came home covered in mud and with aching muscles.  Apparently I'm even more out of shape than I thought.  :-[

I put a load of laundry out to dry then we went off for a walk.

We've put in at least 60 miles in the last 1 1/2 weeks. I know the feeling with aching muscles. I just keep going out, figuring it will work itself out in the end somehow. I'm already noticing it is getting a bit better. The scenery makes it worth going out. I can imagine it would be even more fun with a furry one.

It is like a perfect Scottish spring day here- extremely sunny and about 11ºC and I'm bloody stuck inside working when there's a perfectly good allotment that I can go be playing on instead!
I hope it stays like this all weekend, I would be in heaven!

Some books are just too good to put down, no matter how sunny it is.  ;D

Today I managed to get a little bit of a sunburn on our walk. I guess it is officially sunblock weather now. (For now.)
