We went to my SIL's house and our kids played with their cousins and we all ended up in a water gun fight.  ;D

..I washed a bunch of quilts/blankets and hung them out.  The duvet was too big to fit in the washer, so I filled up the bathtub and washed it in there.
This afternoon I was able to sit outside reading a good book...peace and quiet!

I'm jealous. Not about the washing part though.

Stayed indoors all day with hella sinusitis and a 5-year-old girl with a 39 degree fever and cough.  :\\\'(

Oh, that's a shame.  I'm sorry.  :(

Beautiful!

Thanks.  :)

I went running with my son again.  How to feel unfit...  :P

Haresfield Beacon, Cotswold Way.  Hard to keep a walker indoors on a sunny day.

We went on a spur of the moment camping trip after I finished work yesterday afternoon.  We were up early (due to the birds!) and took a long walk around the area in Nidderdale.  It was perfect weather and so pretty!

We went walking yesterday too!  I feel so unfit compared to how I was a year ago - walking 12 miles a day back then!  But I was sick so much over the winter, plus bereavement and gaining a bit of weight, so guess it'll take awhile to get back in the swing of things.

We took persephone & hubby out on a walk with us, that ended up being (seemingly) longer and harder than what I had anticipated.  I am hoping we didn't put them off walking.  :(

But it was a lovely day & we had a great pub lunch at a mid-way point - with steak pie & chips!  Along the walk, we saw this:

And this:

And I got a farmer's sunburn/tan on my face and arms.  8)

Nice! Sounds like a good walk! It's been a little while since I have taken a good, long walk. I've been riding my bike around the harbour and pier after work on sunny days just to get a bit of fresh air and sunshine.  :)

Yesterday it was gorgeous, so we rode our bikes to the castle and saw a seal fishing for salmon in the river! So cool! Then we just sat on a bench by the river and rested for a bit and then rode around the neighbouring village and came back. It was such a great day! The day before that we rode our bikes around the marina for a bit, then laid on the grass and watched the boats and chilled out before riding back home. I'm hoping for another ride today!  ;D

Yesterday was sunny so my friend and I grabbed a coffee to go and sat on the beach until the sun set.
