I have never seen it  :o , so I can't put it my list.  Perhaps when I make the official move over, I'll rent it.  ;)

Triple that and throw a cherry on top!  I don't mind romances but at least have an ounce of believability in it.. Prime Minister and a tealady? Please. ::)

I love The Full Monty, but last time I watched it with my mom and she could *not* understand a word Robert Carlyle said. She kept going "What did he say?!" every 5 seconds. I had to turn it off and put Spiderman in instead.  :-\\\\
If we called them Sad Meals, no one would buy them.

LOL!!! My mom did that with Across the Universe, but I stopped answering her questions and she fell asleep so I got to watch the rest in peace.  ;) I love the Full Monty. I was gonna put Love Actually on our list, but DH told me it was crap.  :-\\\\

I love Love Actually, but then again, I have no problem with suspension of disbelief. I thought some of the bits were really romantic (Colin Firth attempting Portuguese! LOL) and I like the way it all fit together in the end.

About a Boy
is another one of my favorites.

Can't have a list of British films without "The Italian Job" (the Michael Caine version)
Also "Zulu"

Don't know if it's been mentioned yet, but In Bruges is a good movie.  As the title implies, it doesn't take place in the UK, but the director is English, and it's got Ralph Fiennes in it, so I say put it on the list. :)
