I would pay her the full amount for the period that you had internet and a washer/dryer. Then I would figure out the remaining amount, delete the $30 you spent at the laundromat, then pay her the difference. But, I have to say, I mostly agree with Vicky on this one! The girl was a total biotch!

I vote for pre-emptive strike. Be sure to write on the check "Payment in Full" so she can't then still file against you in small claims court. Once the check has cleared your bank, get a copy (front and back). That's your safety net that her cashing it is her agreement that you're done with her.

Good advice. And keep a copy of everything!

I'm generally a big pushover and have an aversion to drama like this. So if it were me, I'd wait until I calmed down from being pissed, then just pay it and be done with it. I'd consider it a small fee for having to never deal with her crap again.  :-\\\\  I'm not saying this is the best way, but it's an alternative nobody's offered yet.

My feelings exactly. I hate conflict, I would just pay it and be glad to never have to see this person again. It wouldn't be worth the drama to me. But I might still give her a piece of my mind for free...  ;)

i'd pay but would deduct the cost of the food you lost/the laundry from the check you write...
This sounds reasonable to me.

She never contacted me with an amount! It says in my contract with her that she will let me know in "reasonable time" before the bill is due and I will pay her the amount by the 15th. But I never got an email or a text or anything.

BF always got his utility bill on the same day she did and they have to be paid by the 23rd, so I'm guessing she's not going to bother.

Perhaps she realizes she stiffed you and grew a conscious.  Congrats!
