omg PB that is so sick and wrong! It takes a lot to shock me these days, but geez...

I really hope this was what this guy needed to get some help and get off the drugs. I just wish he hadn't brought a poor innocent little girl into it in the process.
Summer 97 - first visited friends in London

Sep 06 - WP renewed again (screwed by 4-5 year ILR change)
Sep 07 - ILR!
March 09 - Citizenship!
July 09 - bone marrow transplant :(
18 Sep 10 - wedding!
Mar 12 - half marathon in Paris! 1:47:12!
Oct 12 - Amsterdam FULL marathon! 3:48:23!

That's really awful, absolutely horrifying :/

I'm really shocked that the mother would let someone who was on heroin babysit and "I didn't know" is not an excuse, you always know, even the timbre of their voice changes. So sad and shocking :/

Words fail me PB, I hope the little girl doesn't have any long lasting effects from it.

Truly frightening.
There was a case in Boston just recently where a father dropped his little girl off at daycare and she later complained her foot hurt. The teacher discovered bags of crack in the shoe -- where the father had hidden it! He's been arrested for dealing and endangering a child. Horrible to think the little girl or any of the other kids might have gotten into it.

Mine: My choir director (who I previously posted had a week to live, and then discovered it was a bad game of Telephone) is in bad shape. For real this time. He has stopped teaching, now cannot leave his bed, and his wife is refusing visitors...
Finally living with my Husband in London after 6 1/2 years together but apart... and loving my life!

I just had a call to say that someone I've dealt with on and off over the past 6 years (through work) has died unexpectedly.  Really knocks you for six that sort of news!  I never met her but spoke and e-mailed regularly - my boss was meant to have dinner with her and her husband on Thursday night - now I've got to break the bad news!!
