So sorry for your loss. It is never easy, but when it is unexpected it is harder. Just know we are all thinking of you and his family.

My dh's father has been unwell for a while now however two years and two months to the day when he lost his mother, his father passed away today. I honestly don't know how we will cope without him in our lives. :\\\'(

This is my best friend's brother-in-law:

I have no idea what to say. They honestly didn't get along but I'm just shook up today. That poor girlfriend, to see it, for one.

Just watching some CNN video of survivors from the Joplin, Missouri tornado, and there's still so many people missing.  :\\\'(

What the heck with all these monster/killer tornadoes this year?!  All those back in the south in April.  Then the horror in Joplin, followed by more in Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas.

They keep wavering between blaming it on Global Warming, El Nino/La Nina, etc. etc. There are so many natural disasters going on now, it's no wonder people are predicting the end of the world.

On ABC news last night the reporter had the list of missing people (from Joplin) and actually found one family safe who had been on the list. So there is still hope ...

I think I have an ovarian cyst that may have ruptured last night. I should have gone to A & E last night as I was in absolute agony, but then after the waves of pain stopped, I was so tired and miserable that I just took a strong painkiller and went to sleep. Now I may have to go anyway, I'm just waiting for the GP to phone back after NHS Direct said they were going to phone him. I feel so nauseous and tired today I hardly want to move.  :\\\'( :-[ I have a scan booked in on Tuesday anyway, because somehow I knew that I might have one so I asked my GP to send me for a scan a couple of weeks ago, so at least that is already scheduled, which will save some time, I guess.  :-\\\\ It's just really scary because a friend of mine on Facebook just posted some horrible pictures of her giant swollen abdomen due to a cyst she had that ruptured and she ended up having her ovary and fallopian tube removed, so I'm of course thinking of the worst case scenario.  :-X I've had some problems with cysts before - one that ruptured and one that hemorrhaged, so I can say with near certainty that I'm having a similar problem now.  :-[
