Oh no Jewlz!  I hope it all turns out okay!  Try not to think worst case scenario, but I know that's hard to do!

That is awful Jewlz :( .  As persephone says, try not to think of worst case scenarios.  I hope it gets sorted out quickly and you feel better soon.

Hugs Jewlz!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Thanks, everyone. I went to A & E and had it all checked out. It does look like a cyst has ruptured, but there was no internal bleeding or other complications (except apparently there is a hole in my cervix which can be repaired through a procedure - which was news to me and kind of weird). They will find out more from the scan on Tuesday and the blood test I had yesterday to test for PCOS. I'm still really sore, but I've got some painkillers here and will get some rest. Thanks for all of your comments and concern!  :-*

Hooray for painkillers.  ;D Even with all that went on, I'm gad to hear there was a bit of good news to it with no additional complications.

I think I have an ovarian cyst that may have ruptured last night. I should have gone to A & E last night as I was in absolute agony, but then after the waves of pain stopped, I was so tired and miserable that I just took a strong painkiller and went to sleep. Now I may have to go anyway, I'm just waiting for the GP to phone back after NHS Direct said they were going to phone him. I feel so nauseous and tired today I hardly want to move.  :\\\'( :-[ I have a scan booked in on Tuesday anyway, because somehow I knew that I might have one so I asked my GP to send me for a scan a couple of weeks ago, so at least that is already scheduled, which will save some time, I guess.  :-\\\\ It's just really scary because a friend of mine on Facebook just posted some horrible pictures of her giant swollen abdomen due to a cyst she had that ruptured and she ended up having her ovary and fallopian tube removed, so I'm of course thinking of the worst case scenario.  :-X I've had some problems with cysts before - one that ruptured and one that hemorrhaged, so I can say with near certainty that I'm having a similar problem now.  :-[
