I know about the bleu cheese, but why can't you eat pecans during pregnancy? Are you supposed to avoid nuts?  ??? Just curious!  :)

I am a whole foods vegan (but no I am not a preachy type! I even cook meat for my non-vegan English hubby!) of 14 years now and something I just absolutely love here in the U.K. supermarkets that I had never had back home is...

Little gem lettuces!!!  :D

I adore them and have been obsessed with them for the past three years I have been living here! I also like the organic pre-packaged beets kept in the refrigerated section of stores like, "Waitrose" and, "Sainsbury's"!

I also love, "Lyme Regis Fruitus" bars--especially the apple and berry varieties!

Oh and I love, "Biona Organic Apple-Blueberry Juice" though it will never match the juice I miss so much from back in the U.S. which is, "Santa Cruz Organic Berry Nectar"!

Lately I'm all about fresh mango. Expensive, though. But delicious.  :)

Bagels with veggie cream cheese. I eat them 8 days in a row for breakfast at work. They I have 6 days off when I don't want them... then I want them again!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Favourite. fruit. ever. Very nice in strawberry banana soya shake a la Mr MLG.

I am obsessed with coffee and mocha flavoured baking (bread, cake, cupcakes) at the moment and finally feeling a little better to do something about it!  :)

I could eat a Bagel Works sesame seed bagel with their homemade light veggie cream cheese everyday for the rest of my life!!! I miss them so!!!

I guess if it's a sweet-ish bread it makes sense--sounds good, actually!

There used to be a place near where I worked called Hot Bagels or something like that.  You could smell them being baked right there when you walked in.  They had a zillion different flavors.  Loved that place.

It is, but it has egg in it.

I am also into grilled cheese sandwiches at the moment.

I am always into grilled cheese sandwiches. I can't get over my obsession with Dairylea cheese slices. LOL... I don't know what is up with me and processed cheese (I do love real cheese, too!) but since I don't eat many processed foods, I guess I will just embrace it.  :)

Mmm... Alpine Light Fudge bars... oh holy....
Yeah, I know, I should steer clear of the processed foods (I really do try!) but these are seriously more delicious than I ever expected.  ;)

I think I should look up some recipes for making my own granola bars, though.

I'm really enjoying the muller mini rice puddings at the moment. They're like the perfect size to satisfy a sweet tooth.
I've never gotten food on my underpants!
