Homemade hummus, though I think I may have to cut back on the garlic next time. DH has been complaining about my stinky breath.  :P

I do enjoy the Alpen Light fudge bars as well.

I pretty much eat the following on a weekly basis (I don't know if it's obession or a rut, but I'm enjoying it every time!)

The Ainsley Harriott cous cous (I like the Spice Sensation)
Sainsbury's meatfree range (I like their frozen veggie burgers)
and the bird's eye steamed veggies in the bag.

I can only imagine how much sodium I have in my system, but I do drink a lot of water to try to flush it out!

I've decided the only way to cut back the calories is to totally eliminate my little obsessions, like Dove mini ice cream bars or their dark chocolate covered almonds. Or Kashi trail mix bars. Or Stonyfield Farm Gotta Have Java frozen yogurt. Sigh.

I just use Spark People to track my calories so I can still budget in things like that and still keep the calories low. Have you tried that?

No, I think I just have to have boring food in the fridge and drink oceans of water  :(

I tried the American Cheeseburger ones and all I can say is:  [smiley=puke.gif]

But the Japanese Teriyaki ones were nice.  :)

We were in the shop last night and they had 3 bags for 1 euro, so we got 6! DH thought I was crazy because I literally went nuts when I saw them. He wasn't going to let me get the French ones  ::), but we ended up getting them in the end. The ones I didn't see were the English Yorkshire Pudding ones. I also don't recall the Kangaroo BBQ. I just tried the Japanese Teriyaki and they're not too bad. That's my first taste so far!

No kidding! They had these chocolate baubles the first Christmas I was here and they were divine, but I couldn't find them last Christmas. Those caramel shortbreads are to die for, too.  :)
