They're amazing!

Thanks! I'll definitely find one next time I've gotta go into London. It's sunny today, I think I might just try to convince the old man to fire up the grill and make burgers in the cold, cold sunshine.

Whole new world for a Southern gardener, but I'm very happy.

I will go on record to say that I'm practically having a love affair with Sushi! (LOL!) I crave it all the time! (I used to eat it a few times a week when I was living in the U.S. and I haven't had it since I have moved, so now I'm craving it even more than I used to!

Coffee is another big craving and always of the "fluffy" type! Mocha's, cappuccino's, etc. If coffee came in IV form, I would be hooked up to it 24/7  ;D

Cathedral cheddar cheese...LOVE IT!

And last, a good sports bar with killer chicken wings and beer (Like the restaurant and bar "Buffalo Wild Wings" back in the U.S.) I LOVE chicken wings! (Watching the Super Bowl the other night made me miss this!)

I will say I've been missing some good buffalo wings lately.  I can't seem to find a good batch anywhere.  If they sell them frozen in costco I may spring for them next time I'm there.  It got me thinking, if I had a decent amount of capital, I would open a New-York Pizzaria where you could get actual NY-style pizza (which I only can get when I visit NY, nobody here seems to be able to get it here) and buffalo wings and the like.

Would probably have to import the water (so they say) and possibly a pizza tosser..but i digress.

To get back on track, since my kids are 2 and 4, we eat our dinner at like 5:30 now on the weekends to eat with them, so I find myself hungry by 9, and my goto meal has been a simple extra mature chedder sandwich, with helmanns on one slice, cranberry sauce on the other slice and a couple crunchy pieces of iceberg.  Simple.  With some unsalted crisps and a nice pickle you've got a lovely late-night snack!

I used to run a chicken and rib place in jersey for yearsssssssssssssss.
Here is a quick at home recipe for buffalo wing sauce
Franks Hot Sauce
Unsalted butter
waaalaa mix these together and cook DONT boil and put on baked or fried wings or tenders.
You can add garlic powder or cayenne pepper if you crave it a little different.

I also find Buffalo Wing sauce at TK Maxx and every bottle I have bought has been darn good.

Its been my current obsession as of late and Ive been making my own boneless wing, which seems to do the trick. Can pick up Franks Red Hots in a lot of places now, so its really easy to make the sauce..

Is the recipe Ive used and its worked out pretty well.

LOL! I knew I wasn't the only one feeling the chicken wings!  :) I miss them...

New York Pizza is the BEST!! You build that restaurant, I will come! I miss that a lot too! I was talking about that the other day with the husband!

I'm having this really weird craving for home-made hash browns in the last 2 weeks. My poor husband has had it a minimum of twice a week in the last 2 weeks! (And he's gone driving for Stobart's 5 days a week! LOL!) I'll have it once more during the week sometimes if I can be bothered to use the shredder! My parents used to make it a lot though, so maybe that's why...It's a "comfort food" thing maybe??

Weby- Cappuccino does count in my world! It makes it in my "survival food pyramid"!  ;D

At my school, the parents got together and bought an amazing cappucino/latte machine for our staff room! It is nicer than the one we had at the coffee shop where I worked during college. So it is a current obsession of mine and everyone I work with. ;)

I'm very into fish right now - been eating it on average 3x a week for the past month or so! It's bizarre, because I have never liked it all that much, but I just can't get enough now.
