They're the best and absolutely amazing. They're my fave.
Haha

I am not even a big cookie fan (sorry..."biscuit!"), but these are amazing. If I am anywhere that offers tea and biscuits, I can usually say no, but I wouldn't be able with these. It has to be dark chocolate though!

I've been addicted to houmous lately. The Moroccan flavored one. It's just soooo nice!

NCTami, what is that white thing?  It's like a UFO or a Frisbee made of yogurt.

It's the strained yogurt. It just came out of the strainer.

These little crumble-topped cranberry pies (2-bite sized) from Waitrose.  I hate mince pies, and gorge on these instead at this time of year.

My current food obsession is Japanese food; I have been keeping Sous Chef in business ordering stuff because we have zero Japanese community here and you can't find anything in the shops!  Lately I have been cooking over and over: okonomiyaki, omuraisu, kare raisu, vegetarian tonkotsu ramen, supagetti naporitan, mapo dofu, udon... It's a good thing hubby likes Japanese food! BTW, if you've never made homemade udon, I urge you to try it, it's really easy and the noodles are so good.
Work permit (which I guess now would be called a Tier 2 Visa for Skilled Migrant Workers -- and might have been called that then, I don't remember) 2002. ILR 2004. UK citizenship 2007.
