Cool link! Maybe I could grow some chiles!

A friend of mine grows TONS of them! She says it's really easy. So as soon as we're moved in and get the greenhouse up and running, I'll be doing the same!  :)

Ooh, love that this thread is sticky now.

I've been beset by Mr Kipling's Cherry Bakewell cravings for a while now.  Sadly, I have to give them up soon, as DH and I have decided to go on a diet.

You don't have to completely give them up for your diet my Dietitian said it is good to have a cheat day it gives you something to look forward to. just don't overindulge an eat alot of them or whatever you choose for your cheat day just make sure you have set yourself a limit an stick to it thats what I do. My cheat day I have my normal good breakfast but lunch & dinner are fair game lol.  ;)  ;D

Goodluck with your diet.  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]  [smiley=clover2.gif]

Argh, me too! And granny smith apples.
And if you threw a party
Invited everyone you knew
You would see the biggest gift would be from me
And the card attached would say
"Thank you for being a friend!"

I am totally obsessed with it. I like the 0% because it, seriously, does not seem like it. Like chary, I love it with fruit and honey or muesli.

That's what I had today! Strawberries and that lovely Dorset muesli!!

I normally eat the 0%, but I've now tried the full-fat stuff and I don't think I can ever go back! It's sooooo good.  :P
