Is it a myth that it rains in the UK?

I keep looking on the live webcams and it don't see any rain???

It was raining this morning in Manchester! But we did have a splendidly sunny weekend. All of the trees are leafing and flowering like mad. It's FANTASTIC. Just got back from San Diego, and while I loved the weather there, just coming back and seeing Spring made me so happy!
