I wouldn't mind having a PC party, but they never got back to me! Can you believe it. Ah well, I guess they don't want my money!! To be honest, I don't have room for anymore cookware at the moment...but maybe when something big breaks!

That is odd! I think I'd like to attend one too. We need to replace some of our pots anyway. Might as well do it with something good.
And if you threw a party
Invited everyone you knew
You would see the biggest gift would be from me
And the card attached would say
"Thank you for being a friend!"

I wouldn't mind a LeCreuset casserole now, but not sure where to get one for a good price. I am off work for a few more weeks and would love one now...any ideas for bargain casseroles?

Amazon runs sales on LeCreuset pretty regularly. There isn't one active at the moment, but I can PM you if I get an email about it.

I've been learning how to cook Indian food from scratch (or as close to from scratch as possible, considering I've not yet worked up to making my own curry powder).  Today I attempted naan, and it didn't turn out very well.  It was too heavy and dry, and didn't have any bubbles.  I think I might have used too much flour, but there are a lot of variables so a lot of ways it could have gone wrong.  Does anyone have any advice for how to make good naan?

What flour are you using?

Vicky

I thought it was ordinary plain flour, but now that I think back it may have been bread flour.  It was from my MIL's pantry, and I don't know that she would have had flour around except to make bread, and she uses special flour for that.

Hmmm.  Perhaps not enough baking powder?

Morrison's - we got a cast iron casserole dish (orange colour) for £10, it was on offer, normally £15 - absolute bargain.
Not sure how a LeCreuset would be so much better considering the price of them.

TK Maxx often has them at incredibly low prices! The real thing, too!  :)
