We make tabboleah all the time with couscous!  Olive oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley, tomatoes, spring onions.  Toss in a few golden raisins and/or apricots and it's a gorgeous summer/spring dish!

I'm sure it's great, it's just that I wouldn't call it tabbouleh then. I guess I'd just call it couscous.

Terribly confusing!

I always thought tabouleh was more like a parsley salad.

Nope, couscous is like a ground pasta made with semolina. It is yummy but doesn't have the healthy benefits like bulgur and other grains.

Oh. Well I did buy wholegrain couscous, so maybe that's not so bad.  :P
