Thanks! Now to just get everything in and figure out the fedex deal. I'm going to go down to my center and see if they can print the label that i can scan and send to df to print and use.

Thanks so much Lisa! I got the deed copy tonight and (fingers crossed) Fed ex should be coming to DF's work to pick up the docs in the next few hours to overnight!!
