I have been enjoying watching you cook your way around the Carribean, you seem really laid back and I like your choice of Sous Chefs.
BUT FOR GODS SAKE...use everything that is in your little bowl please, its driving me NUTS to see you use all but a tablespoon of something that has been caringly chopped and prepared, JUST USE ALL OF IT. It won't kill the dish to have another few bits of onion...OR, on the other hand, just prepare what you need....just prepare what you need.
Also, let the expert cook something rather than just watching you being a control freak!!!! Ugh.
