Congrats, Sista Girl!
I don't weigh in until Sunday. I'm trying my best to only weigh myself once a week. It gives me something to work harder towards, I think. Anyway, I'm doing great so far, have stayed on my diet all week so far and have done the 30 Day Shred every day since Monday - 4 day streak! I didn't eat as much today (I was in a hurry this morning so I accidentally put some raw ham into my salad instead of cooked ham and didn't realise until I took a bite - so nasty!
) so I didn't have as much energy for the workout today which means I didn't push myself as hard as I could have, but I did get through it, so I'm proud of myself.
I'm finding that this video works well for me, as the workouts are only 20 minutes long, so I don't get too tired or bored and I can convince myself to spend 20 minutes on exercise each day rather than think of it as taking up my whole evening.
