I lost 3lbs this week! I'm really hoping that I continue to shrink.

Congrats on your weight loss.  ;D  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

Since I cant do hardly any of my cardio stuff I have been doubling up on my weights that I can do an double rounds on the spin bike as well I did 18.3 miles in 2 lots of 20 mins. I figure its better than nothing considering I have a Dietitians apt in less than 2 weeks.

Congrats, Sista Girl!  :D

I don't weigh in until Sunday. I'm trying my best to only weigh myself once a week. It gives me something to work harder towards, I think. Anyway, I'm doing great so far, have stayed on my diet all week so far and have done the 30 Day Shred every day since Monday - 4 day streak! I didn't eat as much today (I was in a hurry this morning so I accidentally put some raw ham into my salad instead of cooked ham and didn't realise until I took a bite - so nasty!  [smiley=puke.gif]) so I didn't have as much energy for the workout today which means I didn't push myself as hard as I could have, but I did get through it, so I'm proud of myself.  :)

I'm finding that this video works well for me, as the workouts are only 20 minutes long, so I don't get too tired or bored and I can convince myself to spend 20 minutes on exercise each day rather than think of it as taking up my whole evening.

I did my exercise video yesterday and then went to the pool but the water in my left ear was making it hurt (water is normal, hurting isn't) so I mostly just did kick board stuff.

Today, otoh, I'm quite sore. I did the video again but the competition pool is closed for a special event.

Tonight I went to my first zumba class (I wasn't very impressed  :-\\\\) then after I went to the gym for 45 minutes and used the weights and did some set ups, push ups, and other exercises with the medicine balls. I feel sore already!
