Me too!!  I feel I need to be accountable to someone besides my hubs who doesn't really mind.  I used to be accountable to my friends at least.

I lost 55 pounds over 3 years (some of that was at boot camp and I put it back on right after I left).  I was at 138 for 1 1/2 years and then I switched pills and went to 145 and then I moved in with the hubs and have stayed between 151-155 ever since.

I am "overweight" but not by that much, but I have lots of clothes I want to fit in.  Also, I ran about 3 miles a day five days a week and walked about another 15 miles each week last summer and lost nothing.  Ahhhhhhhh, and I wouldn't even say I was gaining muscle.

So I have started again, eating well, push-ups, more walking.

I wish everyone on here luck.

Count me in as well!
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

Well I'm def. in. I went to my first 'Fat Fighters' meeting on Saturday. I weighed 20lbs more than I thought!! I was shocked! But the good news is Im eligible to join but the bad news is they don't have an exact starting date for us newbies yet so we're sort of on our own until we get the call for our meetings and food packs.
In the meantime Im on strict LOW LOW LOW carbs and zero sugar until I start the program.
In the meantime I need a bit of help. It's nearly 11pm now. Hubby at work, kids in bed and this is the time I find it most difficult to stay out of the kitchen. I know Im not hungry but it's just the habit of late night noshing! What can I do to avoid these cravings!!  :\\\'(

The first time I've darkened these doors....  :P

Back when I was dieting, to curb cravings I would drink a glass of water.  It gives your mouth something to do and sometimes if you feel peckish, it really means you need more fluid.  No fun, but it may help!

I've found that too.  Even my husband, a hearty eater, concurs.  Sometimes you can eat and eat, and not get full, but have some water, and the craving goes away.  The body occasionally confuses hunger with thirst.  I usually start with a glass of water and then see if I'm REALLY hungry.
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

Hi... I have made some changes and taken out people who have not logged into UKY this year.  If any one wants back into Shrinkers let me know via pm.  Likewise... if you want to be added or deleted let me know as well (via pm).

I'm trying to make it a nice active place again, though I don't have a ton of time to dedicate to it at the moment!

I want in too! sending a PM now. ;)

I've been stress eating in the weeks leading up to my move out there (which is still about 3 weeks away), and I want to get back into the swing of fitness things again!
