Skipped the gym last night, as I've hardly seen Mr MLG - but going to go tonight and tomorrow. Also walking home from work tonight and tomorrow.

Walked home and did about 40 minutes of working out with the "Nike Women's Training" app.  Feel good today.

Hit the gym for an hour long Boxfit class.  Man, I was dripping when I was done, but the gym we're using as our is being redone is so nice!  Best shower ever.  Slept like a baby.

I have a circuits class in a couple of hours which usually kills me.  It's like our trainer gets bored and makes things increasingly harder.  I feel like I rockstar if I can get them done, but goodness, am I dying while it's all going on.

Walked home yesterday and will do so today, but annoyed with myself that I was too tired to go to the gym and it'll likely be the same again today.

Routine, why are you so hard to find?  ::)

Awww... take it easy on yourself! You've been really ill and need some time to recover. The walking is great and should help you ease back into more strenuous exercise when you are well enough.  :-*

I appreciate the moral support.  :-* I know the routine will come in time. Just frustrating.

Well, Leeds broke my routine altogether! Hehe! I haven't exercised at all since I got back other than a casual walk here and there. But I have been watching my calories and managed to lose the bit of weight I gained from all those delicious cupcakes!  ;D

We did walking lunges in our class yesterday, and I'm not sure, but I think my butt/thigh muscles might want to kill me.  (I like to use only the most sophisticated medical terms).

So, this is an odd complaint - but through all of our boxercise classes/body blitz classes, I realized I'm starting to develop more defined biceps (which for the most part isn't bad, but I really wanted my arms to be a little leaner instead of bulkier, if that makes sense)  Like..I like how my shoulders look, much more toned..but I also don't want people to think I want to sell tickets to the gun show.

Sorry!  :)

Still no gym since Monday. Will start on Sunday back to a gentle version of my old routine before being ill.

Sorry!  :)

Hehe... it was worth every bite!  ;D I need to get the recipes from you for those banana and chocolate ones and the peanut butter ones... I loved them all, but those two were my fave. ;D

So, uh, I haven't exercised this week, I ate loads last weekend, and all I did this week was watch my calories and stick to around 1300 per day for the week to balance things out, and somehow, I have lost more weight! I weighed in at 123 this morning and I started dieting at 137, so that's officially a stone. I said I wasn't really going to try to lose any more weight, and I wasn't really trying, I just curbed the calories to make up for binging last weekend. I guess it must have confused my metabolism or something. Anyway, I guess I will take what I can get! I guess it wouldn't actually hurt to lose a few more pounds now before I quit smoking, as that will likely put a few back on anyway.

I feel gross after the gluttony of yesterday's surprise, but feel committed to the gym tomorrow. As it is so glorious, we'll also walk into town today!  :)

We ate, ate, then ate some more while we were in Barcelona. I think I could actually see myself gain weight in the 6 days we were there! Back to normal here in Dublin which includes eating healthy and walking everywhere. I also got a new fit ball today. I had to leave my old one when I moved from England and we don't have a lot of room for one here, but I'm determined to use it!

DH threw mine away when I was on an exercise hiatus over the winter.  >:( I think I may order another one!

I took a fit ball class a few years ago and really enjoyed it. I like to balance on it when lifting weights and such too. I have a DVD from my old one and this one came with another DVD, so I should be good to go for awhile!

Yay, managed to walk some good lengths 4 times this week which I am quite pleased with given how busy I am.    Well on my way for my training. Except my bike has a flat tire. So need to sort that out.  Won't weigh in until Monday morning, though so we'll see  :)
