Well, atleast you were good all week! So you're ahead of me. Now I am heading to a cookout...more steak and potato salad! (THIS Monday, really!)

Of course! If you've read the thread, you'll know that right now it's just a 'post when and if you want' thing. But, we're hoping to get something 'official' started soon. Watch this space.

well, I was not good...  was goodish during the week...but today i decided to have my own little 4th of july dinner...steak, corn on cob, potato salad, broccoli, garlic bread...  and desert is choc ice cream...1/2 cup of course... 

we were suppose to scrape paint today...but weather decided different for us...and since no celebrations for the 4th up here...LOL, I decided to pretend I heard fireworks when the shooting range across the street had a small tournament today...  so, all and all...I felt right at home.

I said before that i was going to get back on WW, but i have decided to go low-carbing instead, and started Atkins induction yesterday.
Just for a laugh, i got on the scales today and i have lost 2 pounds... yeah, i know, its probably just water or whatever, but *still*....  i'm 2 pounds lighter than yesterday!  ;)

It's only a very small drop in an enormous ocean, though....   :(

Broxi, go find a couple bags of sugar or flour that weigh roughly 2 pounds (or books) and look at them and realize that while you may have lots to go, 2 pounds off is GREAT!!!!!!  ;D

I know exactly how you feel though so more power to you!

Balmerhon, i like your avatar... we were in Arrochar about 2 weeks ago (just passing through)...

It's really strange... despite the fact that i have LOTS more to go, i actually feel lighter today!  Weird.

I know what you mean. Even if it is water weight though, that would make you feel lighter!

We got engaged in Arrochar so it will always be a very special place for me!  :)

May as well start this now, as I'm headed back to the states soon and really able to take control of my own eating habits and exercise habits.  Besides which, I need to expend the energy somewhere.. need something to keep me busy.   :-X

Heck, was slightly naughty today (got the wrong drink...) accidentally.   Hopefully it'll be all good tho, not going to stress over it.  :)

Slightly off topic - my late MIL had friends who owned a B&B in Arrochar!
