BTW, this website is awesome and the page I have it on is very interesting to read.  It also goes step by step through the entire calculation process plus more!

that looks identical to my bike in the states, who makes it... I never saw the designer name on the page.

It's made by KROSS, in Poland. Not chinese made :)

I lost 11lbs this week...it's a start but I've got so much to lose it's depressing actually.  I've just been limiting my portion sizes and trying to track everything that that I eat. I went for a 40 minute walk one evening last week and I think I will do another tonight after DD goes to bed.

11lbs in one week is pretty incredible!!! Well done!!!!
I'm thinking about getting metal legs. It's a risky operation, but it'll be worth it.

I took yesterday off but I am now on day 8 of the 30 day shred, still doing it twice a day.  My weight this week held but that is to be expected and I screwed up all my measurements so I re-did them and hopefully next week will start to see some changes.  How is everyone else doing?

Bah... I'm doing the opposite of shrinking at the minute and I can't seem to get motivated to turn things around.  :-[ On the plus side, I'm over a month smoke-free (yay!) but my trousers are getting tight again (boo!). I'm hoping I can really convince myself to start counting calories again (it seems to be my best deterrent in avoiding sweets and junk food) and do some sort of exercise. I just feel so sluggish and bloated lately. Ick!

Dh's parents are on vacation this week so Dh has to cover his dads shifts at work so I cant go to the gym very much this week. I did an hour & 20 mins on Monday but nothing today or Thursday which are the 2 days Dh works his dads shifts. we have to take the car into the shop on Wednesday morning so not sure if I can go on Wednesday either.  ::)  :P

Lots of walking and hiking  meant that I only gained 1.5 lbs on my holiday, despite eating loads.  And I'm back on track again today already  :)

Woohooo! You guys are doing great!  ;D

Man, I sooo need to get back on track. I keep saying that, I know. Quitting smoking has really thrown me for a loop. Hopefully once I get off the tablets, my energy level will go back to normal. I've felt tired ever since I started taking them, which makes me not really care about diet and exercise.  :-\\\\

You guys are all doing well.  I can't wait to join up after the baby is born and things settle down.  So far I've gained around 35lbs (BOOOOO!) and I need to get that plus some off.  Oh well...keep up the good work and hopefully I'll be able to join you guys in a few weeks!

I saw you had posted in here and thought "What's she doing in here?" LOL. Hopefully the little one will stop being stubborn and let you have your body back soon.  ;)

You'll level off, Jewlz!  It's a lot for a body to kick a long time addiction, so once you are through with that,  you'll get back on track.

(I found yoga to be sort of helpful when I was going through quitting.  Do you have any yoga DVDs or anything?  It sort of eased me back into being active without asking me to like..run miles.

Last night I did a sprint triathlon (at the gym- 5K run 13 mile bike ride, 1/2 mile swim) and today I ate McDonalds and had no exercise. I. Must. Go. Back. Tomorrow.
