Right now, I'm hungry all the time, I don't know if it's because I'm bored of sitting around doing nothing, or because of the antibiotics (I actually tend to eat more if my stomach feels a bit queasy.)
Hang in there babe...I am the same -hungover or queasy I eat to make it feel better - it never really works ;-)

I lost 16lbs in one day.   :P

Yeah I'm being cheeky...but it is true!!
A loss is a loss  ;D
Congrats again!

I'm just hanging on the sidelines of this thread for a while yet, but I'm glad to see everyone is doing well. Hopefully I will start feeling better so I can keep focusing on my goals.  Right now, I'm hungry all the time, I don't know if it's because I'm bored of sitting around doing nothing, or because of the antibiotics (I actually tend to eat more if my stomach feels a bit queasy.)

Getting better is the most important thing! ((hugs))

The BRAT & CRAM thing has helped keep my food somewhat digested.

Hmm... I've never heard of those diets. Very interesting. Is there something similar for the opposite problem? My IBS goes the other way.  :P I try to do high fibre and drink a lot of water, but still... something to use for short term bouts would be useful.  :)

It's just a way to remember easy to digest food.

Also maybe consider oral rehydration salts, but ask for professional advice if you have kidney problems.

Dietary suggestions here, but you've probably heard it all before:

Okay, I am still on level 2 of the shread, I have not been as good with keeping it up every day because I really hate this level but today I managed to get through it without feeling completely dead by the end.  I sweat my shoulders are the weakest part of my body and all those plank positions kill me.  I did my measurements today and have lost 7 inches.  Now if only I could get those 7 inches directed towards my hips, thighs and butt I would be really happy (those are my problem area).  The BF said he is noticing a difference... yeah. I don't have a scale and didn't make to the BF this weekend so hopefully tomorrow morning I will get good news (staying at the BF's tonight).

Jewlz... how is the no smoking coming along?

Well, my birthday will be two days after my two-month anniversary as a non-smoker, so I'm sure I might get a pressie anyway.  ;) I won't get to drink or anything on my birthday, but I think DH might have gotten me the Pandora bracelet I've been bugging him about for ages... teeheee!  ;D

Ok I'm curious what is a Pandora's Bracelet?  ???  Congrats on the no smoking Jewlz!!  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

I went to the gym on Monday but I kept getting dizzy spells when I was on the crosstrainer so I stopped doing the rest of my cardio stuff & just did my weight stuff I had already done 45 mins of cardio already. I haven't been back since I will go on Thursday though I need to get back into my routine again.  ;)  :)

Pandora is a jewlery brand. They are best known for their charm bracelets, like the on on the upper left corner of this page:  http://www.pandora.net/en-US/jewellery
