I've been quiet for awhile on here (well I wasn't home for awhile really), but very pleased this morning to report that I'm down another 2 pounds from 4 weeks ago. I know it's not that much, but bearing in mind I'm really not doing anything drastic here. We eat healthfully for the most part anyway - it's just stuff like portion size, reducing snacks, sweets, alcohol, and trying to get a bit more exercise in. And I'm happy with a 2 pound loss considering that we went on holiday for two weeks, albeit a holiday with not nearly as much access to alcohol as we would normally consume on holiday (which was a good thing!).

Morocco is all about the mint tea & it tends to be the more expensive restaurants that offer alcohol (being a Muslim country), plus the heat & other things kinda suppressed my appetite, and most of the food is actually pretty healthy there - a sensible ratio of meat to lots of veg. Oh and no bacon/ham/etc!
So yay! 2 more pounds down, having lost 10 pounds since I started keeping track (sometime in the late summer), and I have 13 pounds to lose to get back to my first goal - which was the weight I maintained (after losing a lot) for quite awhile here in England. Still haven't got myself quite talked into the gym again though, and I've had a few too many chocolate treats this week.

Oh & I'm sure my weight will go up when TOM rolls around here in a bit, but as long as the monthly progress/average is downward, I'm happy!
