). You can put in your weight, your measurements, your BMI, or just "lost one pound"....whatever you're comfortable with. Really, what's most helpful is the regular threads --- just us talking about why we want to lose weight, what we're doing about it, our goals, encouraging each other, and just regular everyday stuff that we don't want to post in the "public" forum, etc. Seriously, I don't know what I'd do without the Shrinkers gals...they ARE my support system!
