Keeping up: News, Publications, etc

First off, the JCWI has a new site.  http://www.jcwi.org.uk/  The JCWI has been quietly morphing over the last 15 months and is starting to emerge on the scene again. 

Next.  The Institute for Public Policy Research has published a new report, Migrant Worker Availability in the East of England:  An economic risk assessment.  It's free and downloadable at http://www.ippr.org/publicationsandreports/publication.asp?id=656

Finally, Visa Services Directorate is running a survey on customer satisfaction at http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/aboutus/newsroom/?view=News&id=17027298  They tend to take these things very seriously, and I hope UK-Yankee can make a strong turnout in responding to their new survey.  If you have trouble connecting or experience bugs, let me know.
