Sun!  Though if you'd asked me a month ago I might have answered differently  ;)

Only like a million times;0).  Currently coffee but I could decide to have a tea phase at any time.

Deposit with a teller or at an ATM?

ATM if I can! I hate standing in line at anything...

Pay bill by post/teller or do it online?

Drive

Do you prefer an automatic or a manual transmission?

Birthday cake.  But *not* with hard, gross, flavorless British cake icing.  With creamy, sweet, delicious American style icing / frosting.  That is the best part!

Fly from the US to UK in hours or take a boat (like the QE2!) that takes days?

Fly- If I had to take the boat all the time I go, I'd be living on the ship  :P  Though someday I'd love to do the QE2 if I were feeling rich and had loads of time off work. I am not a fan of cruises though, but I would hope that the QE2 would be a different experience

Ben and Jerrys or Haggen Daz?
