We use real napkins (cheap IKEA ones) simply because it's better for the environment.

Keep a cosmetic bag with essentials in it (aspirin, etc, lip balm, other girlie supplies, etc) at work all the time or carry it with you every day in your handbag / backpack?

It doesn't matter too much, but I'll say digital as it's easier to read in the middle of the night.

Set your alarm early so you can press the snooze button a couple times, or set it the time you actually need to get up and then get up when it goes off?
