Random bits of information...that doesn't belong anywhere

I couldn't find a particular place to put this, so I thought I would start a thread for useful but random bits of info.


My eldest daughter informed me that when she gets married(!!!) that she wants a Krispy Kreme Wedding cake..didn't know they did them!

Apparently the wedding reception she just went to on Saturday... they had one flown in and yes they now do them.....thought that was pretty cool...

I would definitely be having some of that cake!

I dunno, but when you marry H, that's the cake you're having!  We can make a UKY event and we'll have a whipround and get it [mind whirls, mouth waters].

[hums the wedding march, thinks also, 'Cool, an excuse for me to swan off to Glesga on my own (must buy wedding gift) AND eat Krispy Kremes! (and get leathered)]

It looks pretty tasty to me, but I reckon the donuts aren't going to be hot off the conveyor so it's probably not all it's cracked up to be...

Yup, that was pretty much it.  All the guests got a donut on a plate.  I'm not a fan of Krispy Kreme, so it didn't do much for me, but a lot of people seemed to think it was the bee's knees.

Cassie said it was still pretty tasty...........

I'm with Abby on this one. I think KK's are seriously overrated. I just don't get why they are so popular. The idea of a donut cake is interesting though!

I think this is cool too.  But I wouldn't have the plain glazed ones, mine would be a mix of caramel dreamcake and chocolate dreamcake (with a raspberry filled on top!)
