PLEASE READ: Posting in the Wrong Place
« on: June 08, 2009, 05:24:30 PM »
If you happen to post a topic in the wrong place, PLEASE do not post again in another place -simply use the report to mod button or PM a mod to tell them  and then wait.

It might not be moved right away.  There is not always a mod around but if it does need to be moved it will be within a day.

PLEASE do not post another topic in another board.  It just creates more work for the mods.

If you see a post in the wrong board, please USE REPORT TO MOD.  Do not direct the OP to post somewhere else.  When we see the report to mod we will move it.

Also, if you see a double post please report both of them or include a link.  It makes it easier for mods to track them down.

Hi, just a note that I didn't have the option to "Report to Moderator" for my own post. The response I get is: "An Error Has Occurred! You can't report your own post to the moderator, that doesn't make sense!"

In that case the best thing to do is PM a mod.

It's not just directed at one person.  It's something that happens and it helps not to post again somewhere else but to wait for it to be moved.

Thanks.

Please use the 'report to mod' button instead of asking mods to move things in the thread.  That's why the button is there.

Also, if you've requested that something is moved and it doesn't get moved then chances are we think it's fine where it is.  No need to report it again.
