Possibly try Whole Foods...they have a whole room of cheese!

This isn't totally helpful, but if anyone's visiting Dublin, it's actually pretty common here. After never being able to find it in England, this was very exciting for me! Most grocery stores have it, but if you're in the city centre Avoca definitely sells it. It's vacuum packed as slices and the package is quite thin, so you could easily put it in your luggage for the trip back to England.
