NHS while on Fiancée visa

Hello all,
    I am on a fiancée visa and was married 2 weeks ago.  I have an appt. for the one day spousal visa processing next Friday the 3rd.  Can I sign up for the GP now?  I will start work right after my visa is processed so it would be much easier for me to get set up while I have free time.

You were eligible to the NHS the day you stepped off the plane with your fiancee visa.
