Ben and Jerry's ice cream and libraries

Not sure if this should go here but my friend from grad school is trying to get Ben and Jerry's to make a library themed ice cream.

I propose a flavour to counteract the overpowering taste of red rot.  Never breathe in when touching old leather bindings.  Yuk!
