Selling my UK home

Well, I thought I'd let everybody know that we FINALLY exchanged contracts on our house last Friday.  What a relief, I never thought that we'd get there!   

It seems surreal and I've become so neurotic, I keep asking my DH if he's ever heard of a sale falling through AFTER exchange.  He keeps assuring me it's extremely rare and people don't just walk away from their deposits...  But leave it to me to worry!

In the meantime, chaos has taken over!  Tomorrow is my husband's interview at the Embassy for his interview.  I'm so nervous about that too.  We keep going over and over and over and over the paperwork to make sure we haven't missed anything.   

I just want to get past tomorrow...

Good lukc tomorrow - please give us all the gory details afterwards! And congratulations on the house - - things are really moving now aren't they!?
