[MOD NOTE]

OK.  Here's the deal.  If anyone has any actual factual information to give ilak19 then please feel free.

BUT if you're only coming on here to offer opinions about her posting spree, the information she's given, the decisions that's she's made or anything else then DON'T.

USE THE INGNORE BUTTON.  It's the red button under a user's name.

You don't have to read it.  You don't have to comment.

ILAK19:  Seriously.  I don't know what you're looking for but like I said about FOUR other times I think you've got all the answers that you're going to get.
If you have access to an immigration lawyer then I suggest you go that route.

I'm really getting bored with this.  No more posts unless it truly is something new that someone can actually help you with.

His income comes to about 1000 GB Pounds per month. His income has gone up a bit since he has started working full time. Before it was at about 800/montly.

I think I can provide month of Julys payslip and a letter from him employer. Will this suffice?

If his income has indeed gone up from 800 to 1000, then you should draw up a budget as discussed in some other posts and see if you have the remaining 100.95/per week.  IMO, one month of payslips would not be enough (unless he has only had the job for one month, but I believe you've said hes had it longer than that).  The letter from his employer is going have to explain in detail why he is paid cash in hand and give some kind of indication that his full time hours will continue for the forseeable future.  If he is only given full time hours when there is extra work, then I dont think he cannot report 1000 figure as as a monthly salary.  The letter will also need to outline when he began working there, what his job title is, what he earns, etc.

He started working there about 2 months ago. He started out as part time but recently got taken up to full time - more hours more money hes earning now. Reason why hes gone full time is not because theres temporary extra hours, its because the one other girl that was working there, they got rid of her now that my husband is in and better at the job. So it's a permanent thing, while he works there anyways.

Ok, that sounds good.   Make sure the employer mentions this in the letter to explain why past payslips will show a lower amount than he is currently making.

Hi,

Everyone seems to think I am asking the same Q again and again although I'm not. My question is regarding my overstay but its not anything about that specifically. I have good advice regarding that already. Please understand what I am asking...

I would like to know that since I have a UK Provisional License & Bank Account, should I provide these documents with my Visa Application Documents as well?

Thx & I get simple answers as thats all I am looking for.

IMO, neither the bank account or provisional license will help your case at all.  Have you asked your Uncle for his opinion on this?  The fact is that many any of us will not know the answer to this as we did not open accounts or get licenses during our visits prior to moving permanently.

Hi thanks for replying Mirrajay your a star...

I was asking about the license and account as I am obviously disclosing everything in my Overstay Explanation letter... I will tell them what I did during my stay, whether right or wrong, so I didn't know if I should add my license and bank account papers in with my application.... dont wanna make it look like I'm hiding them.

Also, they show proof of address in my name also... (address where my husbands at currently)..... guess they are irrelevant?

I will echo what Mirrajay has said.  It is not possible for most of us to answer your questions.  Unfortunately you seem to have more experience at overstaying and obtaining documents while on a visitor visa than the rest of us.  We've all gone about this whole thing slightly differently than you have done and so find the questions you ask mostly unanswerable.
Maybe you may want to check out http://www.ukresident.com/forums/
They seem to have lots of over stayers there.  You will probably find answers a little easier over there.

[mod note]

The options here are to either answer the question or ignore it.

ilak19: I don't think anyone actually knows the answer to this rather complicated question.

I don't see how these documents would possibly help you as they are only proving that you overstayed with intent to settle.  Personally I'd leave them out.

But if you're seeking advice elsewhere then that is the place I would ask.

If you're hoping for someone to come on here and say 'I overstayed 5 years and this is what I did..........'  I can almost guarantee that that is not going to happen on this forum.  And if they were going to PM you they'd have done it by now.

If you're hoping for the good fairy to come on this forum and sort this all out for you I'm afraid that that is probably not going to happen either.

And if you're hoping for more bad advice so you have someone else to put the blame for your situation on then I would hope that enough people have pointed you in the right direction for that not to happen.

Now, we really are finished here.

ANYONE with the definitive answer of whether or not she should include these documents please answer.  ANYONE without, please just ignore this thread.

Definitive answer - yes, include them.  It was not a breach of any immigration rules to open a bank acount or apply for a provisional licence, so it won't get you into any trouble.  What it will do is prove that you were living at the same address as your husband while you were in the UK, and therefore be added evidence of genuine relationship.

I would agee with Lisa Power about going onto the UK Resident forum.  They have a wider pool of people who have been in exactly your situation, and you will be able to see many examples there of people who have overstayed, been honest in their applications, and have had successful applications.  While there are a few people on this board who have done this, they are keeping quiet or have left the board after being granted status.

Hi Vicky,

Thank you for the information. To be honest, yours is the only one I really read and trust. I wanted to review my Overstay Letter with you. I have written it up. I understand there will be fees to work with you, and get your help. I am interested in having you overlook my application and documents to make sure everything is in order before I submit it. I am very happy to pay any fees.

If you can contact me thru PM, I would appreciate it.

Thank you  :)

Are you applying at Visa4UK's website perchance? Just checking if you are.

To submit your app, they will ask for payment at the end before you book your biometrics. Your best bet is to save the application at the end before you submit everything if you can't pay till Monday, and just pick things up from there.
