IMHO you really don't need the wedding invitations, ring receipts, menus, etc to prove your relationship--you're showing that you've been married to him for 4 years, you have the marriage certificate. Throw a few photos in, maybe a congratulations card or something and call it square. Including too much extraneous stuff for that portion will just bore the ECO, just like those people that include 30 pages of chatlogs in their applications.

All I was asking was because he doesn't have a bank account, he needs to make sure he can prov his income right... and I was stating what ways he will prove this, thats all I wanted to clarify.

Ok I will take some photo's out. Maybe just 10 for relationship and 10 for wedding? What about accomodation and employment documents? Are they decent enough?

Thx for the replys.

You have to send whatever you have to work with since he won't get a bank account, or else we'd tell you to send those. You've booked your bios, and you have 14 days from then to mail everything to the consulate, so there's not really anything to clarify. Most everyone on here has experience with sending bank statements, so it's difficult for some of us to tell you sending something else will be absolutely okay and that it will be accepted on the same basis as a bank statement. You just have to mail off what you have and hope the ECO accepts it as sufficient proof of finances.

Makes it harder cus there's so much to read.  :) It's kool, I'm always just overstressing when its all a matter of what the ECO wants to do with my application. I can imagine how nervous I will be once I sent it....

Thanks for all your help & support x

I agree with kittenfish. It's not like you're applying for a fiancee visa where you need to prove the relationship is real and you've met each other - you're married.  Honestly, I'd send maybe 5 photos pre-wedding (spaced out if possible), the marriage certificate, and a wedding photo or two.  That's it.  Between the fact that you're actually married (and have proof) and your letters of intent, I don't see a reason why you'd need to include any of that other stuff.

Also, I'm not sure you need letters addressed to each of you. That kind of documentation is needed for ILR applications, not for the initial FLR. Unless you're trying to go straight for ILR, in which case, I have no clue what you need for that.

What about accomodation/employment documents we are providing? I think this could be my weak area, so with what we are providing, do you think its even half sufficient?

Why do you have 2 tenancy agreements?

The proof of employment is fine, but you are missing the entire financial section.

I personally can't offer you any suggestions on those areas, but I can't think of anything else to add to it, either.  AFAIK (and from what I've seen of other members document lists), the only thing you need for accommodation would be a copy of your husband's lease and a letter from the landlord stating you can live there.   So all the other stuff is extra and I've got no clue if it helps or not.  Sorry.

Budget showing 105.95 left/wk

You keep bringing up this number...if you're referring to the amount per week it has been quoted to you as £100.95 not £105.95.

[MOD NOTE]

For. the. last. time.

If you don't want to read anymore of ilak posts or you don't want to answer her question all you need to do is IGNORE IT.

You don't need to report it to mod.  Believe me we're watching.

You don't need to tell her she's asked the questions already.

You don't need to tell her everything she's done wrong.

You don't need to list all her old topics.

You don't need to remind her who gave her advice when or what she said she was going to do.

Just answer the question if you want to  OR ignore it all together.

So, just to clarify IGNORE  or ANSWER.

Hi

I'm providing 2 tenency agreements because ones for the first 6 months we lived at my husbands current address and he just extended it so now he has a new contract for the next 6 months.

What am I missing in the Financial Section? I know my husband doesn't have a bank account so please, there's no need to say bank statements as we been thru this. But as far as bills, budget, they are all included but in different sections. What else needs to be part of Financial?

Thank you for the replys - and again in advance x

Your financial section should be your bank statements(yes I know you don't have any, but normally that would be it), along with savings statements, your payslips. Anything relating to finances. You have said you have a bank account in the UK. Perhaps include those statements in with the application. Any savings you all have, any other monies you have to show you meet all the requirements.
