Thus ends your lovely reflective post.  :)
:)

UP: Snow!!! Oh, how I love snow! I was so excited when I looked out the window this morning.

IA: London apparently doesn't understand that it is simply a dusting of snow, nothing to freak out about. My overground line is actually suspended, and there's tons of delays and part suspensions on the underground. So now I have to make my way in using a different route.
Finally living with my Husband in London after 6 1/2 years together but apart... and loving my life!

The Hallelujah chorus is my favorite thing to sing! We always did it at our holiday concert in high school, so I have it memorized. I always sang the soprano part, but I find myself singing the alto part occasionally because it's more fun!  :D
I always get made to sing the Soprano part because I can, but I love the Alto part. "and he shall reign, and he shall reign and he shall reign...." Altos rule.
I love this one too! Sang Soprano in Church...I'd love to belt it out right now but it's too early and this cold has absconded with my voice and I'm WAAAYYYYYY out of practice to even try! Would scare the neighbours! :P

Hehehe, I can't even attempt a soprano part- voice squeak and sqauwk! The other parts of the Messiah have absolutely great alto parts as well  :) :)

Makes me sad. Em always used to join in the H.C. when they sang it at our church on Easter (she sang soprano). I could always pick her voice out in a chorus  :)

IA:  Woke up last night feeling like I was going to be sick, and then just ended up having to sit up for 2-3 hours with the worst heartburn/indigestion until the Zantac kicked in & my innards settled down.  Some Thanksgiving leftovers overload kicked my a**.

UP:  I got to see the heavy snow falling here in the middle of the night last night.  Plus decided to stay home from work today & spent most of the day sleeping on the sofa.

Oh that made me a bit teary! I remember doing that in choir. I went to catholic school and we had this chapel with amazing acoustics. Thanks for posting that! :)

I was going to post that, too! I love singing the Hallelujah Chorus'! You can also put me in the alto camp - good thing we're not trying to do a UKY version or it'd be a little unballanced.

Really loved the flash mob!!

UP:  The citylink guy was able to deliver two packages today with most of dh's Christmas presents in them.

IA:  I had to wrap them all and I just really wasn't in the mood.

UP:  Got a text from my work dept manager saying that they decided to close the offices again today (after closing yesterday at 11 am).

IA:  I had already trudged through some snow & got on a bus going into town when I got this text, and paid for full return fare.  Luckily, I was able to get off the bus going that direction & another bus going back home came shortly thereafter!
