UP:  It's so windy here, my laundry got dry on the clothesline in no time flat (less than one hour)!  :D

IA:  I was worrying that the wind would rip it right off the line & blow it all the way over into persephone's back garden, way over there in North Yorkshire.  :o

He he!  Mine's probably dry now, too!

my IA:  No Cauldron falaffels at Morrison's (will have to sub bhajis and samosas, different culture, but oh, well.....).

UP:  The young man working in that section offered to check behind the scenes for me to see if they came in, and I said yes if it wasn't too much trouble.  I've never had that happen before at Morrisons and told him how nice it was for him to do that.  He got all shy....!  [smiley=blush.gif]

UP: Got my deposit back from my evil flatmate.

IA: Evil flatmate can't do math worth crap, so she tried to stiff me on the deposit. I think I've managed to convince her that she's an idiot, but of course, now she's mad at me for it. (And I'm sorry she can't do math, but I'm also not going to take a loss on my deposit because of it.)

Oh, and I'm being charged rent for April 1-3. Which would be fine if she hadn't sprung an extra roommate on me a month ago with no notice/reduction in rent/etc. Since she did, though, I find it annoying.

IA:  Wrenched my left ankle & side of my foot at the weekend.

UP:  DH said I need to stay off my feet today & as much as possible until it heals.  So that means reading, napping & general laziness.

UP: One of my best friends called on Saturday to let me know she's engaged!  ;D

IA: I'm not in Ohio to help plan, go dress shopping, etc. It's made me quite homesick.  :\\\'(

Did you find any way to help out? Because I feel pretty useless/pathetic/depressed that I can't do anything for her. My sister got married last year and I wasn't able to help with that, but it was a small wedding and she seemed okay doing everything on her own. Still, it's not fun missing out on these things! And I'm dreading the getting a bridesmaid dress from abroad thing again... such a nightmare last year!

UP: My desk chair arrived a day after I ordered it.

IA: I can't find the screws in the box to put it together.

Sorry, I just saw this.  I really didn't and what's worse is she is getting married in Hawaii, so I can't even go.  The slight upside is that since it is in Hawaii, she has an inclusive package.  I'm just sad I wasn't there to help her pick a dress, but she sent me lots of photos.

IA: I have to continue to pretend that I like a job that I hate.
