UP: With no DH on my trip, I took advantage and had McDonald's egg and cheese biscuit for breakfast.

We're running a clinical research study right now and the guy who just showed up lied his pants off to get into and then couldn't answer any of our questions .He was trying to go for the money only.

The IA- he's wasted our time and resources, etc

The UP- We were pissing ourselves laughing-
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

UP: True Blood on the telly.  Good show I've wanted to see for some time.

IA:  It's making me realize how much I miss the South.

Now that I'm a UK driver (UP)...DH is getting his long-awaited turn at back seat driving - and big UP for him, and an IA for me.  :P

Today going out to the dentist (we usually have appointments back to back)...

- Why are you starting the car so early - I'm not ready yet?  ('erm to warm it up, defrost, etc...)
- Why are you going this way?

I think there was something else too, but I've probably blocked it.  :)
Ring the bells that still can ring

That's how the light gets in...

I'm officially fed up with SO MANY bits of my life. But maybe getting that fed up will spur me into making some changes!

I was planning to have a day home in pajamas tomorrow, but a friend called me to ask me out to lunch.

Also, I was planning a day of doing nothing in my pajamas tomorrow, but I need to do some online coursework for a PD and some lesson planning for it, too.

UP is that I am sitting on my lovely sofa wrapped up in a blanket while DH makes me hot chocolate from scratch.

IA is that I had to guilt him in to it. And that I have to get up soon and cook dinner.

UP: A swing dancing friend called me out of the blue!

IA: He wants to know if I can host some people that are coming in town this weekend for a big swing dance weekend.  Which kind of sucks because it's DH's birthday on Friday, and I really don't want to have people around, but at the same time, I do want to help out.  I called DH and he was fine with it, but I still feel bad.  I guess I will say okay.  :-\\\\  And it also sucks because I probably won't be going to most of the weekend, since it's DH's birthday!

UP: Got one of these Violent Veg Calendars. Odd vegie cartoons. But finally got around to flipping it to November and what is the cartoon depicted: a couple of 'humanised' pears and avacodas sitting around a piano playing cucumber subtitled: The cucumber was popular with the ladies, as he was a genuine 12-inch pianist...

IA: The boy was with me and I could not laugh as I wanted to.
Still tired of coteries and bans. But hanging about anyway.
