IA - The Registry Office doesn't have the Marriage Record for my husbands grandparents so I have to go back into town to pick up my refund.

UP - I was able to order the above certificate from the GRO online and I should have by the end of the week.

UP - music make me feel all better

IA - having to take DS to preschool today (a 40 minute drive his father usually does on the way to work).

UP - getting to talk to his teacher in person and seeing how much they like DS!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

IA:  A volunteer at my work told my manager she won't come in on the days I'm working because she thinks I don't like her (not true, but I don't like working with her because she tries to take over and it leaves me feeling frustrated and out of control of my own working environment which *I'm* responsible for--not her!)

UP:  My boss totally understands why I have a problem working with her and is fine with it.  Plus we *both* think she may be stealing from us.  I'm 99.9% sure of it.  >:(

IA: Got called in for a day of supply for tomorrow in year 4... Usually Friday is a day off.  :\\\'(  But I felt I should probably take it...

UP: The school is very local. Like, walking distance. And it means leaving for work the same time as my hubby, so I get a ride... Plus, in comparison to my 1.5 hour commute it means I get to sleep in and have a *somewhat* more relaxed day!

I have 2 part IA/part UP

1.)
IA: Had a pretty darn crappy week at work with lots of BS and high work load and stress and I have meetings until 6 pm on a Friday!

UP: However I had a very productive week, my to do list from Monday of all really urgent - heavy things- has all but 3 things checked off it- considering it started with much much more than that!

2.) IA: My boss, who I love having as a boss he's been fantastic, as well as a friend is moving on  :\\\'( :\\\'(

UP: He's recommending me for his position  :)

IA: I lost my cell phone last night
UP: I was like woah the gods want me to get an iPhone

UP: My cell phone was found
IA: Apparently the god are not in support of me getting an iPhone.

IA: The neighbors started their laundry before I did.

UP: I have a good excuse why I start the laundry.

UP: DH's travel has been booked for his trip to the Maldives in March

IA: The agent has put him and his sister on an itinerary that arrives at their change point at 9PM and the next flight leaves at 3:30 AM.  What are they supposed to do in the airport for six and a half hours in the middle of the night?  V. annoying.

UP: I have 2 job interviews scheduled for tomorrow.

IA: Since they were both scheduled on literally hours' notice, I haven't had a chance to mentally prepare for interviewing, practice the travel route, research the companies, etc. I'm now panicking just a tiny bit.

Guess I'm just going to wing it...knock on wood!

(Did I mention I was still dealing with jet lag, too? Ok, back to panicking in the corner now...)

Had to take our poor cat to the vet, he isn't very well.

But... wow... the vet we saw this time provided some serious eye candy for the kitty's mama.  :-*  ;D
